Our small batch, triple-distilled, Devon White Rum is made for those with an eye for excellence and a taste for the exquisite.
Made from first principles using nothing but molasses, Devon spring water and natural yeast, we take only the finest hearts from our hand-beaten, copper pot-still to produce (we think) the purest, and most beautiful expression of white rum.
We don’t re-use the tails and we never add sugar, to craft a white rum that can be savoured simply, straight up, or as the core of your favourite cocktail.
From fermentation, through triple-distillation, to bottling; our rums are lovingly crafted in-house, by our small team of rum-lovers for you to savour.
